主讲人介绍：Zhou Jiazu（周家足），西南大学数学与统计学院教授，数学研究所所长；贵州师范学院数学与大数据学院学术院长；美国Temple 大学数学博士（Ph.D.）；湖北省楚天学者主讲教授，香港求是杰出青年学者奖，中国政府友谊奖，重庆市国际科技合作奖，重庆市友谊奖，贵州省“黔中英杰”。论文发表在Trans. AMS、Adv. Math.、Adv. Appl. Math.、Sci. China Math.等期刊上，主持国家自然科学基金及教育部重点基金9项。

内容介绍：We begin with the classical isoperimetric problem that was known in Ancient Greece and was proven only in 19th century. Then we introduce recent advances and applications from viewpoint of integral geometry. This talk may cover some joint works of W. Ai, N. Fang, X. Li, H. Wang, D. Wu, W. Xu, Z. Zhang, B. Zhu.
